Definition

A redirection refers to excess funds we received that have been forwarded to your bank account.

Once Repayments and Loans are reconciled, sometimes we’ll have received more than we advanced. In that case, we redirect the surplus to you.

You can fetch all redirections using the designated endpoints.

Please contact your Key Account Manager to set up or update the payment destination for transferring redirections.

Redirection status

A redirection can have various statuses related to the payment process:

• CREATED: The redirection has been prepared by Aria but has not yet been ordered.
• PAYMENT_ORDERED: The payment for the redirection has been ordered but has not yet been processed.
• PAYMENT_FAILED: The payment for the redirection failed. We will retry or contact you if additional information is required.
• PAID: The payment for the redirection has been successfully processed and should be received soon in your bank account.
