Create a new payment reconciliation

Create a payment reconciliation to link Repayments with Loans. If the Repayments satisfy the Loan amount, the Loan status will be updated to REPAID

By providing a debtorId, only Loans and repayments linked to the Debtor will be allowed for the payment reconciliation. Useful if you want to scope your reconciliation for a Debtor and avoid adding Loans/Repayments that are not directly tied to this Debtor.
